Damian Morgan

Damian Morgan has an in depth knowledge of both the leisure and music industries. As a young man Damian spent seven years travelling, working as a street musician and in the pub trade. During this time he lived in many countries including the U.S.A, Germany, France and Australia. In 1989 he moved to London where he worked his way up through the industry to become the owner of five pubs called “Captain Morgans Pub Group”. In 2007 Damian formed G.I.F.T. (Growing Independent Free Trade) a consultancy company that presently has over 700 pubs/clubs as members. He currently works as a director of G.I.F.T.

Des Sheehan

Des Sheehan is a renowned entertainer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter. He studied both music and engineering in collage. Over the past fifteen years Des has acquired a vast knowledge of the music scene in Ireland and throughout Europe having spent four years working and performing in France, Italy and Spain. His experience includes managing and performing in bands, dealing with all types of venues and organising events.
Using this experience with Music Venue Connect will help both artists and venues to achieve their goals and maximise their potential.
